Refund policy

All plants sales are final.  Once an order is placed, our nursery manager will select the best palm, tag it, and prep bring it into our shipping warehouse.  Since these are live plants, we do not offer refunds, returns, or substitutions.

   

HEALTHY PALM GUARANTEE

If your palm arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) due to postal mishandling, frost, or heat, please take a picture of the entire palm and package before you pot the palm up and send it to seabreezenurseries@gmail.com so that we can verify that it is completely dead.  Make sure we reply to your email to confirm.  After the verification process we will send you a replacement palm (if in stock) free of charge.  If we do not have a replacement in stock we will issue you store credit for another palm.  If we determine the palm is mostly healthy, or has most of its leaves still in tact, we may ask you to pot it up and water it to allow it to recover.

   

110% GUARANTEED HYBRIDS

There are a lot of shady nurseries out there selling "hybrid palms" that don't turn out to be hybrids at all, but instead pure species. We understand this can be a frustrating element in our industry. We are so confident in our products that we include a 110% guarantee that all of our hybrids are in fact hybrids. All of our hybrids are made in-house through careful selective breeding and manual cross pollination to ensure each one is exactly what we claim it to be. All hybrids come with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. Additionally, we grow them all up to 3x8 inch treepots which is way past the "seedling stage." This way, their hybrid traits can be seen clearly.  If for any reason any of our hybrid palms end up not being a hybrid, we will ask for photo documentation to support. If we verify that your palm is not a hybrid, we will give you 110% of your money back to use as store credit on our online store and you can keep the palm.
