Shipping policy
ALL PALMS SHIPPED WITHIN UNITED STATES ARE SHIPPED IN THEIR CONTAINER

Where we ship: We are certified to ship to all lower 48 states, including TX, AZ, and CA, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to HI or AK.
How we ship: FREE USPS Priority shipping on all palms shipped within the United States. All palms are shipped IN THEIR CONTAINER regardless of size or quantity. Planting instructions and a certificate of authenticity will be included with each order.
When we ship: Orders are shipped Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon each week (except for holidays). During winter, we do our best to check on the weather between Florida and the final destination and may need to delay shipping a bit during winter to avoid frost en route. Priority mail usually arrives in 3 days, but can take longer sometimes during holidays and weather delays. All packages include tracking information and planting instructions.

International Orders: A $1000,00 minimum order amount is required for all international orders. Postage for USPS Global Express Mail (7-10 days estimate) and phytosanitary certificate (around $75,00 to most countries) will be billed separately. All packages come with tracking information, packing slip, phyto, and customs form. How international orders work:
1) When placing an order, select Global Express Mail
2) Input your payment information and complete the order
3) We will then contact you directly and provide a cost for postage and phytosanitary certificate (required by most foreign countries)
4) Once you pay the additional costs we will send out your order
5) We will provide you tracking and customs information via email
