When we ship: Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week (except for holidays).  We do our best to check on the weather between Florida and the final destination and may need to delay shipping a bit during winter to avoid frost en route.

Shipping within the United States: FREE USPS Priority Mail within the United States.  PALMS ARE SHIPPED IN THEIR CONTAINER to minimize potential transplant shock.  They will come with instructions on how to unbox the palm.  We are certified to ship to all lower 48 states, including TX, AZ, and CA.  We do not ship to HI or AK.

International Orders: We are located in South Florida but can post palm trees to most foreign countries (with a phytosanitary certificate).  For international orders, we send via USPS Global Express mail including phyto, invoice, customs declaration, and packing slip (billed separately). Simply select “International Shipping” during checkout and we will contact you with instructions.
